Education! Education! Education! – WELB

Irwin M&E Limited are delighted to announce the award the Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance 4 year Contract for Western Education and Library Board (WELB).

The works will be carried out in schools, libraries and other buildings under the WELB authority and the contract area runs from Omagh, Enniskillen, Strabane to Derry and Limavady.

The Contract has been awarded under the NEC Term Service Short Form Contract and is an excellent example of NI government embracing partnerships with local companies to deliver ‘Value for Money Maintenance Contracts’.

Irwin M&E Limited is fast proving itself as a market leader in Electrical Maintenance Term Contracts working within Education; we are now delivering two of the five ELB’s M&E Maintenance Contracts – SEELB and now WELB.

Works will start onsite at the end of September 2014. This contract will require the strong management and precision coordination and we are confident we will exceed the Boards expectations. Our current company resources, including Service Helpdesk and experienced Contracts Managers, PPM Manager and enthusiastic Service engineers to ensure a seamless delivery of works to the highest quality and standard.
