Central Foundation Boys School Phase 2, London NOT LIVE

Design and build project for the delivery of the MEP package for phase 2 of the Central Foundation Boys School project in Shoreditch, London.

This follows on from the successful delivery of phase 1 which was for the construction of a new 4-storey block housing new science and general-purpose classrooms and the refurbishment of an existing 4-storey listed building.

Phase 2 is for the construction of a new underground sports hall with the associated roof area providing new amenity space for the school. The project also includes the refurbishment of an existing block to create new art and music facilities and the refurbishment of the basement to create new toilet facilities.
