eir evo Office Fit Out Completion

Following the successful delivery of the Cat A fit out at The Vantage Building, Great Victoria Street, Belfast, we were contracted by O’Neill Building Works for client McAleer and Rushe Properties (MRP) and new tenant occupier Eir Evo to complete the full MEP services fit out of Level 10.

MRP engaged early with us to help develop the design concept to identify the most cost-effective solutions, without compromising on quality or final finishes. This early engagement ensured that upon appointment, we were able to hit the ground quickly on what was a fast paced 10-week fit out programme.

We think the finished product looks great and have shared some photos below to showcase the project.
