Project Completion – Seven Cavendish Place

We recently completed our project at Seven Cavendish Place, Westminster, London for our long-standing client and Principal Contractor Gilbert-Ash.

The project saw the construction of a new build 9-storey office building. The ground and basement levels included amenity and retail space, with levels 1-7 being Grade A office space.

Originally contracted to complete the Cat ‘A’ fit out, the scope developed mid-contract to incorporate the full Cat ‘B’ fit out of all floors. We completed the design, installation, testing and commissioning of all MEP services.

This project was finished to an extremely high standard, and MEP services were co-ordinated and integrated into the finishes as discreetly as possible.
