Project Completion – The Brentford Project Block K and Energy Centre

We recently completed the full MEP services installation to Block K at The Brentford Project.

This project consisted of 66nr apartments as well as all associated core and amenity areas including life safety services. Block K also incorporated the Energy Centre for the entire development, which will consist of 870 homes once completed.

The overall development is transforming Brentford by developing the land from the High Street to the Water’s Edge, and once complete it will have created a new riverside town centre.

We were contracted by Brentford Waterside Ltd to undertake the works and the contract was managed by Ballymore Construction Services Ltd.
