Design and build project comprising the full mechanical and electrical works as part of the extensive refurbishment and extension of Central Foundation Boys School, London phase 1 and 2.
Block C of the school is a 4-storey listed building which required refurbishment works along with the addition of a new classroom and teaching facilities.
Block B was a new build 4-storey extension housing new science and general-purpose classrooms.
Following on from the successful delivery of phase 1 which was for the construction of a new 4-storey block housing new science and general-purpose classrooms and the refurbishment of an existing 4-storey listed building.
Phase 2 is for the construction of a new underground sports hall with the associated roof area providing new amenity space for the school. The project also includes the refurbishment of an existing block to create new art and music facilities and the refurbishment of the basement to create new toilet facilities.
