Central Foundation Boys School, London

This design & build project consisted of a full M&E package for the extensive refurbishment and extension of Central Foundation Boys’ School in London.

The project transformed and enhanced multiple areas of the school estate, providing modern teaching facilities while carefully preserving and upgrading existing buildings, including the refurbishment of the school’s four-storey listed Block C.

The works included a new four-story extension housing science and general teaching classrooms, the refurbishment of existing spaces to create dedicated art and music facilities and the redevelopment of basement areas to provide new toilet facilities. The project also featured the construction of a new underground sports hall with the associated roof area providing a new amenity space for the school.
