International Men’s Day

International Men’s Day celebrates the positive value men bring to our world, their families and communities. The theme for 2022 is “Making a positive difference to the wellbeing of Men and Boys”.

The wellbeing of our employees is something we are very passionate about, over 85% of employees at Irwin M&E are male and we want to remind all that support is available. Employees are provided with consistent support from the HR department, Mental Health First Aiders and have access to a 24/7 helpline, through our employee assistance programme.

This year we encouraged all office employees (male and female) to wear something blue today to show our support.
