Small Works
Irwin’s Small Works department delivers smaller sized projects and provides clients with a dedicated team focused on fast-track delivery and refurbishment works.
Our projects range from Health Trust schemes, National Telecom infrastructure upgrades, temporary modular schools and office fit-outs.
Depending on the project scope, our Mechanical, Electrical and Building teams work together from estimating through to installation, ensuring a coordinated and efficient delivery.
Typical Small Works projects include refurbishment and reconfigurations, extensions, fit-outs, upgrade of infrastructure and minor structural alterations.
