Our Maintenance division delivers multi-disciplinary building services maintenance across the UK and Ireland, supporting public and private sector organisations with reliable, responsive and compliant engineering solutions.

Backed by more than 30 years of experience, we provide Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), statutory compliance, reactive maintenance, asset lifecycle upgrades and a 24/7/365 emergency response service. Supported by an industry-leading CAFM system and over 200 directly employed engineers, we help clients maximise asset performance while ensuring safe, efficient and compliant buildings.

Today, we successfully manage more than 25 major maintenance contracts for organisations including the Education Authority, Southern Health & Social Care Trust, CPD Property Services Division, Northern Ireland Fire & Rescue Service and a range of government departments and public sector bodies.
