Irwin M&E Appointed to Two Major Facilities Management Frameworks

Irwin M&E has been appointed to two major UK facilities management frameworks, strengthening our position in the Hard Facilities Management (Hard FM) sector and creating further opportunities to deliver engineering services across the UK.

The appointments are through the Government Commercial Agency (GCA) Facilities Management and Security Services Framework and the NHS Shared Business Services (NHS SBS) Hard Facilities Management Framework.

Government Commercial Agency Framework

Through the GCA Facilities Management and Security Services Framework, Irwin has secured two lots, covering Hard FM opportunities ranging from contracts of up to £2 million to those with an average annual contract value of £2 million or more.

This appointment provides another route to delivering our building engineering and facilities management expertise across a broad range of public-sector estates.

NHS Shared Business Services Hard FM Framework

Our appointment to the NHS SBS Hard Facilities Management Framework further strengthens Irwin’s position in the healthcare sector.

The framework covers the supply, installation and maintenance of building systems and engineering services, supporting opportunities to deliver essential facilities management solutions across healthcare environments.
