A First for the Region: Irwin M&E Partners with Women’s Aid CHAMP Project

Irwin M&E is proud to announce a new partnership with Women’s Aid Armagh Down through its CHAMP Project.

Notably, we are the first business in the Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council area to take this step and develop a Business EVAWG Action Plan.

This partnership reflects our commitment to creating a safe, respectful and inclusive workplace. In addition, it supports our aim to make a positive impact within the wider community.

As part of this collaboration, we will take part in tailored training and awareness sessions. These sessions will deepen our understanding and build confidence when responding to concerns. They will also help us better support the wellbeing of our team.

Recently, Managing Director Keith Stewart and Senior HR Manager Laura White (Chartered FCIPD) met with Women’s Aid Armagh Down CEO Eileen Murphy and CHAMP Project worker Fiona. Together, they formally signed the Declaration of Intent, marking the beginning of our partnership.

This milestone represents an important step forward. It strengthens our ongoing efforts to create a healthy and supportive workplace. More importantly, it helps ensure that everyone feels valued and respected, both within and beyond the organisation.

Looking ahead, we are excited to work closely with Women’s Aid. We also look forward to seeing the positive impact this initiative will have across our organisation and the communities we serve.

We’re waiting to hear from you
