Irwin Teams Come Together for Inaugural ‘The Big Picture’ Sessions

The first week of June 2026 saw colleagues from across Irwin M&E gather at our Portadown Head Office for our inaugural company information sessions: The Big Picture.

Over five days, 314 employees attended 10 sessions designed to provide a greater understanding of the business as a whole. The sessions brought together teams from every department, giving colleagues the opportunity to hear about current projects, business performance, key achievements and plans for the future.

The aim of The Big Picture was simple: to help everyone better understand how each team contributes to the success of Irwin and to strengthen collaboration across the business.

Throughout the week, departments shared updates on their work, highlighted recent successes and outlined exciting opportunities ahead. The sessions also created valuable opportunities for employees to connect with colleagues from different areas of the business and gain insight into the wider organisation.

Alongside the business updates, we took time to recognise the people who help make Irwin what it is today.
