MEP Installation Completion, Old Park Lane, London

At the latter stages of 2023 we completed the MEP installation at 7-10 Old Park Lane, London for Principal Contractor Gilbert-Ash.

Located in the Mayfair Conservation Area, this commercial office completed to ‘Cat A’ finish, was a challenging project with four new storeys constructed onto the existing building. Due to the confines of the existing structure, space for services was at a premium and co-ordination was key to the successful delivery of the project.

With a high-end specification and a focus on aesthetics, the quality shines through in the final result
