Project Update | New Acres Development, Wandsworth London

Works have been progressing well at the New Acres Wandsworth development in London.

The Build to Rent scheme consists of 554 apartments including all core, landlord and amenity areas. Irwin M&E is completing the full electrical installation package including specialist systems such as fire, security, audio visual, data and photovoltaic systems. Six of the 13 towers and the amenity spaces are now completed with the remaining seven towers to be completed in the coming months.

We are delighted that long standing client McAleer & Rushe has entrusted us to undertake this prestigious project for Developer Legal & General Investment Management.
