Design and build project for the MEP package for the construction of a new 13 storey apartment building and fit out of the private and affordable apartments with roof top ‘observatory’ amenities.

This landmark residential development delivered 100 new apartments consisting of 84 private and 16 affordable houses.

Communal facilities include reception / concierge area, direct lift and access stairs to apartments and basement levels, including car parking via car lift to basement levels.

The development is situated on the North Wharf Road at the western end of the Paddington Basin Development in the London Borough of Westminster.
