This contract is for the provision of Electrical maintenance services for the Agri-Food and Biosciences Institute NI (AFBI)’s estate, based in Hillsborough.

The contract includes reactive and planned maintenance services and minor works/projects.

Services include repairs of plant and equipment. switchboards, switchgear, distribution boards, motors, control gear, ventilation fans, speed controllers, IT cabling, emergency lighting testing, PAT Testing, mechanical heat recovery ventilation and supply and extract ventilation.

Works take place through a wide variety of agricultural and research facilities including farm buildings, livestock buildings and laboratories.
