Irwin M&E were involved in the design and build MEP package for the refurbishment and extension of Arnold House, transforming a former office and industrial building into 75,000 sq. ft. of high quality office and retail space.
The project included the addition of three new floors to the existing four-storey structure, creating a modern and flexible commercial environment.
As part of the works, Irwin centralised the air conditioning system to provide the Facilities Manager with enhanced control and improved operational efficiency. The service risers were reconfigured to improve accessibility and eliminate the need for ceiling access hatches, resulting in a cleaner aesthetic finish, while a dedicated winch system was installed to facilitate the safe and efficient maintenance of the star-core feature lighting.
