This contract was for the refurbishment and extension of the Outpatient Department at University Hospital, Ayr.

The Outpatient Department required a large extension to further enhance the services available to NHS Ayrshire and Arran patients.

The extension encompasses a new community dental facility, a renal satellite unit and improved general outpatient facilities.
