This project was for the full mechanical and electrical package for the construction of the new Coburg Crescent Learning Disability Resource Centre for Lambeth Council.
The new centre will provide a range of services for adults with learning disabilities as well as the local community.
This includes supported living flats for 14 adults with a range of learning disability needs, a café which will provide employment opportunities to adults with learning disabilities and a community space for local residents.
