This project was for the provision of electrical services for the alteration and refurbishment of 3 levels within Duke of York Block A for Lord Cadogan and his son, Viscount Chelsea.
One half of the building was finished to CAT A standard for tenant occupation and the other half finished to a high specification CAT B for Cadogan Estates’ Corporate Headquarters.
Duke of York Square forms part of a mixed-use scheme developed by Cadogan Estates in 2003, located in the heart of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea close to Sloane Square and the King’s Road.
