This project, situated at 110 Westminster Bridge Road, in close proximity to Waterloo, the City of Westminster and the South Bank, consists of a mixed
use development comprising of an apart-hotel building.
The development consists of a 10-storey rear section and 7-storey wing with 236 bedrooms at the front to Westminster Bridge Road, a restaurant, retail facilities and office suites at lower levels.
The project is within the Lower Marsh Conservation Area, which has a unique and historical character and features numerous listed buildings along Westminster Bridge Road and Lower Marsh Road.
