Irwin M&E delivered the design and build M&E installation package for the construction of a new nine-storey office development in the heart of Westminster, London.

The high quality commercial scheme incorporate both Cat A and Cat B fit outs, providing modern and flexible office accommodation across levels one to seven, alongside retail and amenity space at ground and lower ground floor levels.

Located just off Regent Street within a conservation area and adjacent to a Grade II listed building, the project required careful coordination and attention to the surrounding environment. Through the delivery of comprehensive M&E services, Irwin helped create a contemporary commercial workspace that balances modern functionality with the sensitivities of its historic city-centre setting.
