Design and build project for the complete mechanical and electrical installation for the construction of a new 9-storey office building, incorporating both Cat A and Cat B fit out.
The development comprises of amenity and retail space on the ground and lower ground floors, with levels one to seven consisting of office accommodation.
We completed the design, installation, testing and commissioning of all MEP services.
The development is a high-quality commercial building situated just off Regent Street, within the Westminster City Council area.
The site is part of the Regent Street conservation area and the adjoining building is Grade II listed.
