Southern Health and Social Care Trust

This is a framework for Building Maintenance, Minor Building Works and Community Aids and Adaptations to the properties of the Southern Health and Social Care Trust within Banbridge and Craigavon, including Craigavon Area Hospital.

The contract includes reactive and planned maintenance services and minor works/projects.

Services include mechanical and electrical works, building services, civil engineering, roofing, flooring, building, joinery, window repairs, painting, glazing works and other related specialist works.

Works take place through a wide variety of healthcare facilities including acute hospitals, wards, theatres, outpatients’ clinics, health centres, care homes, etc.
