The Brentford Project – Block K and Energy Centre

Design and build project for the full mechanical and electrical works for a new residential and mixed-use building, and energy centre in Brentford, London.

The project includes Block K’s 66 apartment units and the Energy Centre for the entire site. The overall development consists of 870 new homes, as well as retail, leisure and commercial space.

This is part of Phase 1 of the Brentford Project. This project aims to improve and enhance the lives of both residents and visitors alike by establishing a new residential quarter, a vibrant dining, entertainment and retail scene and an exciting new facet of this proud West London community.
